Both are excellent and they are different. San Sebastiano is where the word catacomb comes from — the hollow beside the basilica was ad catacumbas, and the name spread from there to the whole world. Adding the Colosseum

There is an option that bundles a Colosseum entrance ticket with an audio guide, plus the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. It turns a half-morning into most of a day and covers the two things most first-time visitors have on the list.
